Why parents need to send their child to a Registered TASKA?
Benefits of sending your child to a registered TASKA
1. Qualified parents (terms & condition apply) can apply for monthly childcare fee RM180.00 per child per month) subsidised by Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Malaysia
2. TASkA follows the following ratio:
1 CCP – 3 babies
1CCP – 5 young toddlers
1 CCP – 10 Toddlers
3. All registered TASKA’s business owner & Child Care Providers MUST attend and pass KURSUS ASUHAN & DIDIKAN AWAL KANAK- KANAK PERMATA (KAP)course to obtain full certificate. With that, rest assured that the TASKA will provide standard and quality curriculum to support child’s total development and fun learning programme. (Holistic Education)
4. Jabatan Kesihatan is always guiding all registered TASKA and making sure all TASKA’s staff and Child Care Providers fulfill the basic requirements of doing a Medical Check Up and TYPHOID II injection to ensure they are fit to take care of the children.
5. Registered TASKA’s premise are inspected by Land & Survey and local council for safety purposes. (Building)
6. Jabatan Bomba will give approval letter and make sure we carry out the fire drill practising with our TASKA Childcare Providers and children.
7. All Cook/Child Care Provider who prepare meals for children. It is mandatory for them attend food handling course & provide nutrition foods.(Recognized by Jabatan Kesihatan)
8. Enjoy tax exemption ( RM 1000-2000) on child care fee from registered TASKA.
9. Registered Taska is entitled to the yearly grant (GTK) of RM5,000 from Kementerian Kebajikan, Kesejahteraan Komuniti, Wanita, Keluarga dan Pembangunan Kanak-Kanak (KWKPK) where it is used to provide support for learning materials, teachers’ training courses, parental involvement and healthy nutrition for the children.
Parents can check the list of registered TASKA at http://www.jkm.gov.my or from the Surat Perakuan(License) from JKMS displayed at the premise.(TASKA’s main enterance)
By sending the children to registered TASKA, parents can have assurance that their children will be taken care throughout their years of development.
